Summer 2026

Twelve weeks of individual sessions with a suggested frequency of a session every other week, but it is entirely up to what each person needs. These sessions are 60-90 minutes, and they can take various forms, depending on what you’re wanting to focus on. For those setting up a practice for the first time, we can explore and tailor practices to best suit you, what you’re dealing with, and that appeal to you. If you are going deeper, we can explore new methodologies, or dive farther with what you already do.

One of the core needs for healing is safety, and safe relationship. These individual sessions aim to provide a space where you will find no judgement, only unconditional love and acceptance of all of you. The time we spend together is yours, we can discuss what you’re working on, explore different approaches to the work and challenges, or I can accompany you as you work through and release difficult emotions and experiences. What you work through and to what degree is always entirely up to you. My style of support is most suited to those just beginning and those ready to dive deep.

On top of individual sessions you will have access to an optional private online group space for peer support and sharing.
